Job summary

Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. (IBT) is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician in Emporia, KS.

You will work as part of a treatment team to implement behavioral interventions using an applied behavioral analytic framework for children, especially those on the autism spectrum, focused on motor, communication, behavior and self-help skills. This role requires a high school diploma, valid ID, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass criminal background checks as required by funding sources.
• Obtain the RBT credential within 3 months of hire (may vary by caseload).
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with clients, caregivers, and team members.
• Flexible schedule: 8am–8pm, mornings, afternoons, evenings, some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act professionally and treat clients with respect and dignity.
• Engage in professional development and attend training sessions.
• Conduct intervention and data collection as prescribed by the treatment plan.
• Follows protocols to foster skills and generalization.
• Submit to fidelity and competency checks during therapy sessions.
• Complete weekly reports summarizing therapy and administrative tasks.
