Job summary

The role involves one-on-one work, collecting data, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with a treatment team in a not-for-profit setting. Candidates should be enthusiastic, adaptable, and capable of obtaining the RBT credential within 3 months if required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Possess interpersonal skills to communicate with clients, caregivers, and team members.
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings and some weekends.
• RBT credential within 3 months of hire when required by caseload.

Responsibilities

• Act professionally and treat clients with respect and dignity at all times.
• Engage in professional development and stay current with behavior-analytic practices.
• Conduct intervention and data collection as prescribed by the client’s treatment plan.
• Follow designated protocols to foster skills and behavior generalization.
• Submit weekly communications and maintain accurate administrative and therapy task records.
