Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid ID, reliable transportation and maintain appropriate auto insurance (unless previously agreed upon).
• Pass criminal background checks as required by funding sources.
• Obtain the Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) credential within 3 months of hire.
• Possess interpersonal skills to communicate with clients, caregivers, and team members.
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule: Morning, Afternoon, Evening, 8am–8pm, some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act professionally and treat clients with respect and dignity.
• Engage in professional development activities per IBT requirements.
• Conduct intervention and data collection as prescribed by the client’s treatment plan.
• Follow designated protocols to foster skills and behavior generalization.
• Submit to fidelity and competency checks during therapy sessions.
• Stay informed about IBP/PCSP Program and demonstrate competency under supervision.
• Complete weekly communication reports summarizing administrative and therapy tasks.
• Achieve at least 80% accuracy on initial IBT training within 14 days.
