Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass criminal background checks as required by funding sources.
• Obtain the RBT credential within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Act professionally and treat clients with respect and dignity at all times.
• Engage in professional development activities and trainings.
• Conduct intervention and data collection as prescribed by the client’s treatment plan.
• Follow designated protocols to foster skills and behavior generalization.
• Submit weekly communication reports on therapy tasks.
• Achieve at least 80% accuracy on initial IBT training within 14 days.
