Job summary

RightWay ABA offers in-home and center-based behavioral therapy for children aged 2–18. The team is BCBA-led and woman-owned, with a focus on training a Behavior Technician to become a Registered Behavior Technician. The role supports direct client services after school hours.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, teaching essential skills, collecting data, and documenting progress under BCBA guidance while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Implement ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and play skills.
• Use reinforcement strategies to increase desired behaviors.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress.
• Maintain detailed session notes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support: follow BCBA-designed ABA plans and support skill acquisition.
• Session Preparation & Documentation: prepare materials, record notes, and track progress.
• Collaboration & Communication: liaise with supervising BCBAs and team members.
• Professional Conduct: adhere to BACB ethics and confidentiality standards.
