Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Fort Collins, CO, is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through play-based ABA therapy. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans and collecting session data.

Training is provided and RBT certification is fully covered. No experience is required, and a Bachelor’s Degree is required with rapid onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• 18 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
