Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks caring individuals for full-time Behavior Technician roles in Denver, CO. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized plans, collecting session data, and helping kids learn through engaging activities.

No experience is required—paid training is provided, and RBT certification is fully covered. Immediate start dates and predictable daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• No experience necessary; paid training provided.
• Must complete RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
