Job summary

Bridgewell in Peabody, MA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals in residential programs and deliver behavior analytics under supervision. You will work 40 hours weekly with flexible scheduling and participate in data collection and reporting to support positive outcomes.

The role requires an RBT certification, a high school diploma or GED, and experience with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities; valid driver’s license is preferred, and MS

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills for clear documentation.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and at least one year of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assist individuals with skills training in activities of daily living.
• Deliver behavior analytic services under supervision and assist in data collection and reporting.
• Meet regularly with RBT supervisor to review behavior plans and data.
• Develop opportunities for independence and decision-making.
• Maintain documentation according to relevant standards and Bridgewell policies.
