Job summary

I Am Boundless in Dayton, OH is hiring a Behavior Technician to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will implement ABA and Life Skills goals under structured Behavior Support Plans.

Responsibilities include constant supervision, data collection, and crisis intervention when needed. A HS diploma and English proficiency are required; a driver’s license and safety certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English, including written and spoken.
• Detail oriented with strong literacy and documentation abilities.
• Experience or comfort with supervision of individuals in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage residents in a residential therapeutic setting.
• Implement Applied Behavioral Analysis and structured Behavior Support Plans.
• Respond to crises including self-injury and disruptive behavior.
