Job summary

Galliant is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with Autism in a supportive clinic setting. The role focuses on reducing challenging behaviors, improving daily living skills, and enhancing communication in a structured environment.

You will receive direct clinical mentorship from BCBA-D supervision, with a daytime schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, no overnights or weekend shifts, and opportunities for growth and raises every 6 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or higher.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the clinic daily.
• Willingness to work a daytime clinic schedule with no overnights or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
• Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and prioritize the wants and needs of clients.
• Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.
