Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is looking for compassionate caregivers to support children with autism. No certification required; 6+ months of experience with kids is enough. Roles include home visits and some center sessions, with flexible hours from 3:30pm to 8pm or 8am to 6pm.

Pay ranges from $19.25 to $25 per hour, with a $0.50/hr premium for Spanish speakers. Paid training, growth opportunities, and benefits are provided, and you can train to become a certified Behavior Technician.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer—babysitting counts).
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance.
• Willingness to pass background and health checks.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Big heart, patience, and ability to keep up with energetic kiddos.

• Be a Positive Role Model: Encourage progress and celebrate small victories every day.

Schedule & Pay

• Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 hours) & Full-Time
• Hours:Availability required all weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm OR All weekdays Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm. Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs.
• Work Setting— you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needs
• Daily pay accessavailable so you can get paid as you earn

• Compensation:$19.25-25/hr

Bonus: Spanish speakers earn an additional $0.50/hr.
