Heartland ABA in Garden Plain, KS is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children with Autism in home or community settings. No prior experience required and paid training is provided; part-time hours and flexible scheduling help students and caregivers balance commitments.

You will deliver evidence-based ABA interventions, work with families, and track progress using digital devices, helping clients reach measurable goals daily.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.

Need to Knows:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part‑time.
• Required to take the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
