The Basics
- Hours: All weekdays Monday through Friday 8am – 6pm OR 4-5 weekdays including Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30pm to 8pm; Saturdays not required but welcomed in addition to weekday availability.
- Job Type: Full-time & Part-Time (Up to 20 hours depending on your availability).
- Compensation: $19.25-25/hr.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED completed.
- At least 6 months of paid experience with children, volunteer work with kids, or ABA experience.
- Smartphone or similar device capable of capturing client session data, and tech-savvy.
- Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs is a plus.
- Ability to pass background checks, TB test, physical exam, and immunities to MMR/VZV.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance.
- Enthusiastic, professional, and able to keep up with active children.

Responsibilities
- Learn from Board Certified Behavioral Analysts to provide therapy.
- Teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills using ABA principles.
- Engage actively with children during sessions.
- Record treatment data accurately.
- Ensure client safety and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
