Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking compassionate caregivers to support children and teens with autism in home and center settings in the San Bernardino area. You’ll work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am–6pm, with sessions scheduled to meet client needs and daily pay access.

Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $28.00 per hour. The role offers paid training, growth opportunities, and benefits such as mileage reimbursement and paid drive time, plus stipends for cell phone and education

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one college course.
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer).
• Reliable car, driver's license, and insurance.
• Willingness to pass background and health checks.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Patience and ability to engage energetic kiddos.

• Be a Positive Role Model: Encourage progress and celebrate small victories.
• Stay Active: You’ll be moving around, playing, and engaging during sessions.

• Support Families: Be part of a team that helps families see real progress and hope.

Schedule & Pay

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: Availability required all weekdays Monday through Friday 8am - 6pm. Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs.
• Work Setting — you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needs
• Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn
• Compensation: $21.00-$28.00/hr.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED completed AND at least one semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled in college courses)
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
• Willingness to pass background and health checks
• Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently
• A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos
