Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support children and teens with autism in home-based and center-based sessions in California. You will teach through play, reinforce positive skills, and work with families to track progress.

Role requires 6+ months of experience with kids, HS diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and the ability to read, write, and speak English well. Training is provided and bilingual Spanish speakers receive a bonus.

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance.
• Willingness to pass background and health checks.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Help kids learn through play: teach new skills through games and activities.
• Be a positive role model and celebrate progress daily.
• Stay active during sessions with movement and engagement.
• Keep sessions organized and track progress as trained.
