The Basics
- Hours : Choose from either weekdays Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM, or 3 : 30 PM - 8 PM. Saturdays are optional but welcomed!
- Job Type : Full-time & Part-time (Up to 20 hours based on your availability)
- Compensation : $20-$26 / hr
Qualifications
- You possess a High School Diploma or GED and have completed at least one semester of college coursework or are currently enrolled in college courses.
- You have a minimum of 6 months of paid experience working with children, or have participated in a volunteer program with kids, or have ABA experience.
- You are tech-savvy and have a smartphone or similar device (e.g., iPad, tablet, or laptop) for capturing client session data.
- Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs through family, friends, or work experience is a plus!
- You can pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, TB test, and Pre-employment Physical Exam. We’ll cover the costs for immunities to MMR / VZV during onboarding.
- You have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance, as you’ll be driving to clients' homes.
- You have the energy and enthusiasm to keep up with active children while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities
- Learn directly from Board Certified Behavioral Analysts to provide therapy to children and families in need of support.
- Teach essential skills such as communication, social interaction, self-help, and play through Applied Behavioral Analysis principles.
- Engage actively during sessions, keeping up with the energy of the child, which may include playing on the floor.
- Accurately record treatment data related to the child’s program goals.
- Ensure client safety and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Exhibit professional conduct in all interactions.
