Behavior Technician - Childcare Experience Needed

Join us at Autism Learning Partners as a Behavior Technician and make a positive impact on children and teens with autism. Build your career while supporting our community!

The Basics

• Hours: Weekdays Monday through Friday, 8am – 6pm OR 3:30pm - 8pm; Saturdays optional
• Job Type: Full-time & Part-time (up to 20 hours/week)
• Compensation: $20.50-$26.50/hr

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, plus at least one semester of college coursework OR current college enrollment
• At least 6 months of paid experience with children, volunteer work, or ABA experience
• Smartphone or similar device capable of capturing session data, tech-savvy
• Exposure to autism or special needs is a plus
• Ability to pass background checks, TB test, physical exam, and immunities to MMR/VZV
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance
• Enthusiastic, professional, and able to keep up with active children
