Behavior Technician - Childcare Experience Needed

The Basics
- Hours: Weekdays Monday through Friday, 8am – 6pm OR 3:30pm - 8pm; Saturdays optional
- Job Type: Full-time & Part-time (up to 20 hours/week)
- Compensation: $20.50-$26.50/hr
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, plus at least one semester of college coursework OR current college enrollment
- At least 6 months of paid experience with children, volunteer work, or ABA experience
- Smartphone or similar device capable of capturing session data, tech-savvy
- Exposure to autism or special needs is a plus
- Ability to pass background checks, TB test, physical exam, and immunities to MMR/VZV
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance
- Enthusiastic, professional, and able to keep up with active children

Responsibilities
- Learn from Board Certified Behavioral Analysts to provide therapy
- Teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills using ABA principles
- Engage actively with children during sessions, including physical activity
- Record treatment data accurately
- Ensure client safety and maintain confidentiality
