Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking caring individuals to support children and teens with autism in home and center settings. Part-time up to 20 hours or full-time, with sessions scheduled 3:30pm-8pm or 8am-6pm on weekdays. Daily pay and compensation of $22.50-$28/hr are offered, plus training at the same rate.

Spanish speakers can earn an additional $0.50/hr. A valid driver’s license, vehicle, background check, and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed AND at least one semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled in college courses).
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer) — babysitting counts.
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance.
• Willingness to pass background and health checks.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently.
• A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos.

Schedule & Pay

• Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 hours) & Full-Time
• Hours: Availability required 4-5 weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm OR All weekdays Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm. Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs.
• Work Setting — you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needs
• Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn
• Compensation: $22.50-$28/hr
• Training will be compensated at the same hourly rate as the clinical role.

Bonus

Spanish speakers earn an additional $0.50/hr.
