Job summary

Appliedabc in Burlington, MA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to work under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, you’ll implement tailored behavioral intervention plans and participate in ongoing ABA training. A minimum of 1 year of ABA experience and a relevant Bachelor's degree are required. What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.

About the Position

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data
• Case Hours: Burlington MA; Monday - Friday: 3-6pm
