Job summary

Applied ABC is expanding its provider network and seeks a Behavior Technician to work directly in the homes of children with autism. You will implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and collaborate with our experienced team.

This role requires weekday and weekend availability, data collection, ongoing training, and regular communication with supervisory staff. Competitive pay and access to unique training opportunities are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience in a relevant setting.
• Ability to work under supervision of a BCBA.
• Excellent communication with supervisory staff.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one ABA intervention plans in the child’s home.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Collect and document therapy session data.
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBA and team.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.

About The Position

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 3:00 pm to 6 pm
