Job summary

Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency providing in-home and in-center services for children with autism. We partner with families to deliver personalized ABA therapy and data-driven progress tracking, supported by a team of experienced clinicians.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly in clients' homes under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized plans, collecting data, and staying engaged in ongoing staff training.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Therapist works under the supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
