Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism in the Boston area. You will implement intervention plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervising clinicians.

The role requires weekday and weekend availability and ongoing participation in training. Applicants should have at least 1 year of ABA experience and a BA in a related field or be pursuing related education.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing related education.
• Ability to work under supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one ABA behavioral intervention plans in clients' homes.
• Collect and record therapy session data.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Communicate regularly with supervisory BCBA and team.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
