Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our growing in-home therapy team. You will deliver one-to-one ABA interventions and participate in ongoing training, with access to exclusive benefits as part of our provider network.

Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will collect therapy data, communicate with supervisors, and maintain weekday and weekend availability to support children with autism and their families.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
