Job summary

Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians in Oregon to work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and a supportive team environment. The role involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test; background check.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Move and lift children safely, up to 50 pounds.
