Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BT) / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide ABA therapy in center-based or home-based settings. You will teach communication, social, and self-help skills to children with autism and collect data to track progress.

Collaboration with families, supervisors, and team members is essential. On-the-job training is provided; no prior ABA experience required.

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:
• $22.00–$24.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 14.00for each billable client hour worked
• 14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
• Candidateswith an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a$200-bonuson their first paycheck
• Fully paid training — no experiencerequired

• Schedule:
• Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling
• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
• Hoursare not guaranteed

WhatYou’llDo

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings

• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients
