Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-home 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in the Charlotte area. You’ll help kids develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving on-the-job training.

Formación

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

Requirements
