SenseSational Learning Group in Muskegon, MI is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques in homes and community settings such as parks and libraries.
This part-time, in-person role offers pay of $20–$23 per hour, paid training, and BCBA supervision toward certification, with opportunities for growth and mentorship in a small team.

We're a small, BCBA-owned ABA practice focused on play-based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drills - just meaningful skill-building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We're growing intentionally, and we need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team.
Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques
Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)
Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team
Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors
Build genuine relationships with kids and families
Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time
40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date)
Previous experience working with children
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids
$20-23/hour (higher pay for certified RBTs)
