Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking an in-person Behavior Technician to deliver, under the supervision of a BCBA, individualized ABA-based interventions. You will collect progress data and help implement behavior support plans, while teaching social and daily living skills to clients.

Training will be provided, with opportunities for advancement. A supportive team environment and interdisciplinary supervision ensure high-quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or with autism/developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record client progress data.
• Assist in developing and implementing behavior support plans.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA to adjust treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
