Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA interventions under supervision. You will collect client data, assist with behavior support plans, and provide direct one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques to foster social, communication, and daily living skills.

You will collaborate with the supervising BCBA to adjust plans as needed, maintaining a supportive, professional relationship with families and clients in a hands-on, in-person setting.
