Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Henderson, NC seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy and support clients in developing communication and daily living skills.

Under BCBA supervision, you will implement individualized intervention plans, collect progress data, and help adjust treatment to meet each client’s needs.

Training is provided; prior experience preferred but not required, and a flexible, in-person work environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or with autism/developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities
