Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Smithfield, NC, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide direct in-person ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect data, implement intervention plans, and help clients develop social, communication, and daily living skills.

Prior experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training is provided. A collaborative team environment and opportunities for advancement are available, with a flexible schedule and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
