Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Adrian, MI is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision, provide one-on-one therapy, and support data collection.

You will collaborate with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans and help clients develop social, communication, and daily living skills, while maintaining a positive relationship with families.

Qualifications

• Ability to implement ABA interventions under supervision of a BCBA.
• Training will be provided.

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
