Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support individualized ABA programs with supervision from a BCBA. You will collect data, implement intervention plans, and help clients develop social, communication, and daily living skills in person.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and compassionate care. Training is provided, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and career advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or work with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)


• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior


• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans


• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques


• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills


• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed


• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
