Magnet ABA Therapy in Newport, TN seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under supervision and provide one-on-one therapy. You will collect data and help develop treatment plans, working to improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with behavioral challenges.
• Training will be provided for role responsibilities.
• Experience as a Behavior Technician preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)


• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior


• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans


• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques


• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills


• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed


• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
