Magnet ABA Therapy in Massachusetts is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children with autism through Applied Behavior Analysis under BCBA supervision.

You will implement individualized behavior programs, collect and record client data, and collaborate with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans. This in-person role provides competitive pay, ongoing training, and opportunities to make a meaningful difference for families.
