Magnet ABA Therapy in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized intervention programs, collect data, and support families.

The role emphasizes teamwork, meticulous data recording, and compassionate engagement with clients who have autism and other developmental disabilities. Training is provided, with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
