Magnet ABA Therapy in New Albany, OH, is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, support plan development, and provide one-on-one therapy, teaching social, communication, and daily living skills in person.

Ideal candidates are patient, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with training provided if you have prior experience in autism or developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
