Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision, provide one-on-one therapy, and help clients develop social, communication, and daily living skills.

You will collect progress data, collaborate with the BCBA to adjust plans, and maintain positive relationships with clients and families. Training is provided, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician preferred but not required.
• Training provided.
• Must be reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities
