Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in the United States is hiring to deliver individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. The role includes direct one-on-one sessions, data collection, and implementing behavior intervention plans with a focus on social, communication, and daily living skills.

Team collaboration and precise data recording are essential as is maintaining professional relationships with clients and families. Training is provided, with opportunities for career advancement in ABA.

Qualifications

• Note: Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided to new hires.

Responsibilities
