Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in person in Marysville, OH. You will implement individualized programs under a BCBA’s supervision and collect data on client progress, collaborating to refine plans for each child.

Training is provided, with opportunities for professional development and advancement. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient care, strong teamwork, and precise data collection to support meaningful skill development

Qualifications

• Note: Experience as a Behavior Technician or with autism/developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided to new staff.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
