Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect client data, support behavior plans, and provide one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques to develop social, communication, and daily living skills.
You will collaborate with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans and maintain professional relationships with families, while training is provided. This in-person role offers competitive benefits in Ohio.
Note: Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
