Total Care ABA is hiring an In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Richmond, Indiana. The role focuses on one-on-one ABA therapy with children, under supervision of BCBAs, delivering individualized sessions in a clinic setting.

Starting pay is $20 per hour, with flexible schedules and opportunities for professional development. Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, have strong communication skills, and are committed to supporting a child’s growth and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Active RBT certification with BACB is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience working with children and ABA experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in the clinic.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, document, and report client progress accurately.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow clinicians to ensure successful outcomes.

What we expect from you:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with the BACB (preferred)
• Reliable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional care
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
