Total Care ABA in Jasper, IN is hiring an In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for flexible full- or part-time roles. You will work one-on-one with children in a clinic, guided by BCBA supervision, to build essential communication, social and daily living skills in a supportive environment.

You’ll receive training, mentorship, and opportunities for career growth, plus a collaborative team that focuses on outcomes and compassionate care. Interviews are on-site at the clinic.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, professional and committed to providing exceptional care.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in the clinic.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, document and report client progress accurately.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinicians for outcomes.

What You'll Do

What we expect from you:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with the BACB (preferred)

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
