Job summary

Total Care ABA in Bloomington, IN is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home, school, and community settings across Indiana. Earn $20–$27/hour with flexible schedules and full training.

You will deliver ABA therapy under BCBA plans, document progress, collaborate with families, and travel to client locations. Excellent opportunity for growth and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What You’ll Do

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
