Job summary

Total Care ABA in Shoals, Indiana is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in homes and schools. You will implement BCBA plans, collect data, and support skill development for children across Indiana.

Flexible schedules and ongoing training are provided as part of a supportive team focused on meaningful progress for children and families.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to travel locally.
• Experience with children preferred.
• ABA experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with families and clinical team
• Travel to homes and school sites as needed
• Provide services in-home throughout Indiana
• Participate in ongoing staff training and professional development

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client's progress
• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35-40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10-20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
