The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is hiring a Behavior Technician in Salinas, CA. This full-time role supports students with behavioral interventions and ABA-based strategies, helping learners achieve success inside and outside the classroom.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proof of completion of 40-hour behavioral training course OR must have 6 months of ABA experience
• 1-2 years ABA experience
• Must be available Monday-Friday, with flexible hours between 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM (start times may vary depending on scheduling needs).
• Reliable transportation to travel between cases as needed within San Luis Obispo region
