Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC's Community Autism Services division is hiring ABA Behavior Technicians in Union City, CA. Positions are available full-time and part-time in home, school, and community settings with comprehensive paid ABA training and RBT certification support.

You will work under supervision to teach essential skills, collect data, and support children with autism, while benefiting from paid travel time, mileage reimbursement, and tuition-free training pathways.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Part-time schedules starting from 3:00pm with flexibility for those juggling between school.
• Able to commute up to 5-20 miles or 30-45 minutes.
• Childcare experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism, conducting sessions in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Instruct clients on communication, play, socialization, and independence under supervision.
• Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to treatment goals.
• Maintain 6-month commitment to dependable attendance and timely communication.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Job Duties

• Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
• Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
• 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
