The Stepping Stones Group is hiring a Behavior Technician in Dublin, CA. This full-time role focuses on delivering ABA-based support to students, helping them reach developmental milestones and succeed in classroom and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proof of completion of 40-hour behavioral training OR 6 months ABA experience.
• 1-2 years ABA experience.
• Available Monday–Friday, with flexible hours 7:30 AM–7:00 PM.
• Reliable transportation to travel between cases within San Luis Obispo region.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA-based behavioral support to students.
• Assist in developing and implementing behavior plans.
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student progress.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Proof of completion of 40-hour behavioral training course OR must have 6 months of ABA experience


• 1-2 years ABA experience


• Must be available Monday-Friday, with flexible hours between 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM (start times may vary depending on scheduling needs)


• Reliable transportation to travel between cases as needed within San Luis Obispo region
