Job summary

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full Time Behavior Technician to join our pediatric team. You will work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing ABA programs under the direction of a BCBA. Training is provided and you will help patients learn new skills and reach goals. Location: 3815 E.

Main Street, St. Charles IL 60174. Schedule: Mon–Fri (hours vary, some evenings until 6:30pm).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Detail-Oriented: Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate progress to parents and team.
• Personalized Treatment: Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, in their home and in our center.
• Specialized Programs: Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA.

Position: Behavior Technician

Location: 3815 E. Main Street, Suite B; St. Charles IL 60174

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary / some evenings till 6:30pm)

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00/hour (pending experience)

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full Time Behavior Technician (BT) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team. In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided. Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.
