Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT) provides ABA therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder in Ohio and New Jersey, offering services in homes, schools, and centers in Beachwood and Columbus.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician, you provide direct therapy using ABA methodologies. ABT emphasizes growth, learning, and meaningful progress for clients and staff alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willing and able to complete a free RBT training program (40 hours of online coursework).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral therapy to autistic children and young adults using ABA principles.
• Deliver services in home, school, center, or a combination to fit the schedule.
• Follow ABA data collection and intervention procedures with supervision.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to support progress.

A Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct behavioral therapy to autistic children and young adults using the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). ABA is a scientific and evidence-based approach to understanding and modifying human behavior.Simply put, Behavior Technicians use ABA to changes lives!

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 18 years old
